The Applied Superconductivity Center is housed in the Frank Shaw Building (“FSB”) at Innovation Park, and is reached via Pottsdamer St. (in between the FSU Golf Course and NHMFL). The front entrance faces the golf course and College of Engineering and there is ample free parking. The front offices are up the main stairs and to the left. Please note that there is also a “Shaw Building” (“RSB”) that houses Telecommunications on the main FSU campus.

Interstate 10 to ASC@NHMFL
The NHMFL is in Tallahassee, Florida, located in North Florida between Jacksonville and Pensacola on Interstate 10. Jacksonville is approximately 160 miles (250 km) to the east; Pensacola is 190 miles (300 km) to the west.
• Take I-10 to Exit #196 (Route 263, locally referred to as N.W. Capital Circle).
• Go South on N.W. Capital Circle.
• Continue through the intersection with Rt. 20.
• At the next traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 371, also known as Orange Ave.
• Turn left at Pottsdamer St. and go approximately 1 mile.
• The Frank Shaw Building will be on your left just after the FSU Golf Course ends.

Tallahassee Airport to the ASC@NHMFL
• When leaving the airport parking lot, turn right (east) onto S.W. Capital Circle.
• After 0.4 mi turn left S. Lake Bradford Rd. (County Hwy.-2206). You should notice speed bumps on this road.
• After 1.2 mi Turn left onto W Orange Ave/FL-371 and then . . .
• . . . almost immediately turn right onto Paul Dirac Drive.
• After 0.9 mi turn right on E. Paul Dirac Drive
• After 0.3 mi turn right onto Pottsdamer St. and then take the second parking lot entrance on your right.
• The Frank Shaw Building will be on your right facing the FSU Golf Course.

From the Gaines Street hotel area to ASC
• Travel west on Gaines St. towards the football stadium.
• Before you get to the stadium turn left onto Lake Bradford Rd. (2 left turn lanes).
• At the 2nd light after the railroad bridge, turn right onto Levy St.
• At the end of Levy St. turn left onto E. Paul Dirac and proceed one block.
• Turn left onto Pottsdamer St. and take the 2nd entrance on the right (that will bring you to the front of ASC).

Tallahassee Airport to Downtown Tallahassee
• When leaving the airport parking lot, turn right onto S.W. Capital Circle
• Turn left onto Lake Bradford Rd.
• Turn right onto Orange Ave.
• At the corner of Orange Ave. and Springhill, turn left; Springhill continues straight onto Lake Bradford again.
• Continue on Lake Bradford to Gaines St. (FSU University Center and stadium will be in front of you.)
• Turn right onto Gaines St.
• Turn left onto Monroe St. This street runs in front of the state capitol building and through the downtown area.

ASC to Downtown Tallahassee
• Exit left on Pottsdamer from The Frank Shaw Building parking lot towards NHMFL.
• Turn right onto E. Paul Dirac and proceed one block.
• Turn right onto Levy St.
• Turn left onto Lake Bradford Rd. and continue to Gaines St. (FSU University Center and stadium will be in front of you.)
• Turn right onto Gaines St.
• Turn left onto Monroe St. This street runs in front of the state capitol building and through the downtown area.

FSU Campus to ASC
The Innovation (IN) Seminole Express bus service connects the Main FSU Campus to Innovation Park. The IN route runs every ~30 minutes for riders traveling in either direction 7 a.m. - 8:10 p.m. (Mon-Fri) but only when FSU classes are in session.
• There is a stop opposite the Frank Shaw Bld. at the corner of Pottsdamer St. and Paul Dirac Drive.
