Create_16-bit_Gray_Labeled_Image_Using ROIs_v190703.ijm Creates a new 16-bit image with objects created from ROIs that are shaded with sequentially increasing intensities. Create_Gray-Intensity-Labeled_Image_Using_ROIs_v190703.ijm As above but if there are less than 254 ROIs it will created an 8-bit image rather than 16-bit. Fill_Objects_from_XMYM_with_sequential-intensity_v190703.ijm As above but no ROIs are used, it just fills from the centroid. This will not work with non-solid are very irregular objects. It will create an error list if there are such problems. Fill_Objects_with_sequential-intensity_using_ROI_Morph_Centroids_v190703.ijm As above but it should work with any shape, it is just slow (probably too slow for your huge images). One created you can use these images to intensity-code your other layers.
